How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Bankscovers Restoration wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Bankscovers Restoration
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If something is wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please know that Bankscovers Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@bankscovers.world and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
