Reach Homeowners Who Need Help
Bankscovers Restoration is a referral service. We do not hire employees for field work. Instead, we connect homeowners with independent providers. If you run a restoration business and want homeowner calls in Detroit or the Metro Detroit area, we would like to hear from you.
Who We Are Looking For
We look for independent contractors who handle:
- Water damage restoration
- Water extraction and structural drying
- Flooded basement cleanup
Providers who can serve homes with full basements, sump pumps and older frame construction are especially useful here, since those are common in the region.
What We Expect
Homeowners come to us worried. We expect providers to treat them well.
- Hold the licenses and insurance Michigan requires.
- Give honest, written quotes before work starts.
- Explain the plan and the costs in plain language.
- Be clear about your real availability. Do not overpromise.
- Respect the homeowner's right to compare and decline.
Providers must not make promises about what insurance will pay.
